One of many things in this world that I enjoy eating “more than a few” of are hot dogs and these sound delicious! As always your additional notes, accessories, pairings are perfect.
sorry about your boys though. 🙁
Jed, Chicago style hot dogs are my all time favorite but the Detroit Coney has officially earned a spot on my hot dog team. It’s really good.
Speaking of teams..words cannot express how upset I am with my Cowboys and especially you know who! In my many years of supporting them, I don’t recall ever being this angry. I was hoping it was a bad dream lol:-)
Girlll… My brother and family live in Detroit and my favorite part of visiting is the Coney Dogs. Is the group up heart what makes em’ soooo DAYUM good?
Heyyy Jenny! I have to admit I was very apprehensive about cooking beef heart but yes I do believe the beef heart is the one ingredient that takes the flavor to another level 🙂
Glad you enjoyed it and thanks for the credit…Russ
Thank you for the recipe! It was so good!
